Erchie is a picturesque hamlet of the town of Maiori, located along the main road (SS 163 Amalfitana) that from Salerno leads to Positano, after crossing the town of Cetara. It has ancient origins: according to the tradition Erchie was founded by Hercules, who stopped at the foot of the Mount Falerzio; now it has about one hundred residents. During the Middle Age Erchie enjoyed the ius piscariae, which allowed the population to use the tenth part of the catch, thanks to the presence of the powerful Benedictine Abbey of Santa Maria de Irchi in the area.

The abbey was razed to the ground by a violent storm and, on its ruins the actual church of Santa Maria Assunta was built, in Renaissance style. Small white houses perched on the hill, narrow alleys, the scent of the lemon treed terraces, the pebble beach, the fresh breeze and a crystal-clear sea: all the characteristic features of the Amalfi coast enclosed in a few square Km, not too far from Maiori.

If you love the sea, that is the suitable place for you… This location is a medieval tower soaring above the Mediterranean on a rocky base. The four spacious terraces attached to the tower, three of which extend directly over the limpid waters of the Bay of Salerno, are particularly beautiful. This tower, also has a large internal hall with a fireplace and beautiful arches facing the sea, which allow guests to enjoy stunning views of the coast.

Your guests could enter through a wooden footbridge crossing the beach…you and your husband will be accompanied on the boat after the ceremony and you could enjoy a suggestive and triumphant arrival.
The tower is provided with 4 terraces, each one suitable for a moment of the day…the first one is right for the aperitif, tables are disposed on a more panoramic terrace that will allow you and your guest to enjoy a wonderful scenery during your dinner time. The last 2 terraces are right on the sea level and perfect to go on with your dancing all night long. The tower offers the brides the first night in its wonderful suite…you two and the sea…the only characters of a fabulous night.
