A splendid private villa located just 5 min walking from the downtown of Como city, on the beautiful Lake Como. With a breathtaking view, and great position on the promenade of Como, amongst the most beautiful villas of the lake.
The villa is rentable only for events, it does not offer any bedrooms for accommodation, but is in walking distance from many hotels of the citiy center with all its facilities and shops. Only one event is organized per day, so complete exclusive use is guaranteed. The villa offers different options in terms of renting: 1 Hall + gardens, 2 Halls + gardens or the whole ground floor + gardens, so you can adapt the renting based on the number of your guests. The wedding reception can be held outside, on the terrace in front of the villa, so to enjoy the beautiful view of the lake.
The villa has no exclusivity for the catering, you can bring any company you wish.The place is really charming and extremely private. Legally valid civil ceremony can be performed in the Villa just next door, property of the Town Hall. The ceremony can be held also open-air, in a lovely corner reserved just for you in the great public garden.
