The villa is an historical house built between the 18th century, situated in in the earth of Marche nearlby Macerata; it is surrounded by a beautiful and quiet country side and it is not far from the local sea side resort.

Built at the end of 18th century has got the most beautiful Italian garden of the area. The Italian style garden, surrounded by brick walls that are a part of the ancient walls, reflects the period in which the house was built. It looks westward towards the town and the hill.

Nearly the villa there are 7 apartments which can guess till 20 persons; each with an en-suite bathroom, are realized in a rustic furniture.
