The farm house is completely made in natural stones and is located in a strategic point, only few minutes from the Trasimeno lake and from Cortona.
The 16th century stone house has been very carefully restored using original materials, and its ecobuilding design has created a unique harmony between the original charm of the house and the 500 olive trees around it. The 12 rooms, suites and apartments (some with lake view) are finely furnished with 18th furniture and appointed with modern services: floor heating, air conditioning, internet connection, boiler with a selection of tea and tisane. Each room has its individual and distinctive personality associated with a specific month of the year. Also each bathroom (two of which are equipped for handicapped
guest) is different, some of them with large and original shape bath tube.
Concerning activities, they additionally organize many different activities so that our guests can really have an enjoyable and funny stay in the area:
trekking and mountain bike excursions, horse riding, yoga, meditation and massage sessions, special dinners, classic and jazz concerts, cooking classes, sailing trips in the Trasimeno Lake. There is also a golf course.
Anyway the villages are located only few minutes from the venue and you and your guest can easily reach all the restaurants, pub and shops with only few minutes and from here you can also have a tour of the lake and visit the 3 islands located in the lake.
