Country house located near lake Trasimeno, with breathtaking views of the ancient and magnificent Etruscan town of Cortona, the superb vineyards of Montepulciano and the rolling hilly landscape of Valdichiana. The scenery is idyllic for dream fulfilling events and parties. The hall itself is approximately 3650 square feet in size with an adjacent Victorian veranda of 1830 square feet. There is also an outside patio with a large water fountain with views over the gardens and framed by ancient olive trees and flowers. There are also bars located both internally and externally. The complex has the capacity to accommodate up to 450 guests with a large private parking facility with a maximum of 140 parking spaces.
The venue owns also 18 rooms of varying sizes There are 18 rooms and suites of varying sizes, all of which have been individually designed and decorated.
All our rooms are independently air-conditioned, an also contain Satellite television, Minibar, Safety Deposit Box, telephone connection for outside calls and free wireless access.
Each room is supremely sumptuous and decorated with relaxing colors and tones. The richly colored fabrics, classic antique furnishings, fine paintings, decorative beams, stone tiled floors and bathrooms with hand-painted frescoes create a wonderfully romantic atmosphere and a real sense of grandeur.
You can also enjoy a beautiful swimming pool located in the garden immersed in olive trees.
The civil wedding ceremony could be celebrated in the venue and it will be translated in English and enriched with personal vows and music. Concerning the wedding reception, appetizers could be savored in the courtyard, in front of the elegant hall where the sit down dinner can be served.
